All orders are sent on a tracked service and delivery usually takes around 3 – 5 working days and costs £4.95. Should you wish for next day delivery, the cost will be £8.95. Orders £100 and over will be free.

Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number and you will be updated on your package’s progress by text or email. You will also be able to manage your delivery including requests to leave your package in a safe place or to rearrange a delivery date.
If your package is required to be re-delivered, there may be additional shipping costs.

The lead time of 3- 5 days is an estimate only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience if your package fails to be delivered within the estimated time frame. This would be the responsibility of the delivery company.
